- please mention do you need our staff to deliver/ pick up the items (flat rate 35), only available for Jakarta area (Bekasi not included) & Tangerang area (Serpong-Karawaci-BSD), or of you're planing to pick up & deliver by yourself*
- there'll be additional charge for damage/ lost items (damage starting from 600K/ item, lost starting from 1.500K per items)
- Deposit (300K) will be reimbursed after the item(s) has been received & checked by Agatta's team.
